I started practicing shiatsu and structural bodywork in 1999. In 2002 I went to the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration and became a certified Rolfer in 2003.  I studied at the Canadian College of Osteopathy for three years, and had a private mentorship with first generation Rolfer and Aston-Patterner, Harvey Ruderian. I also studied medical anthropology at UCLA, completed a yoga teacher training with Ana Forrest, and a medical herbalism course with Micheal Moore.
